He was incredibly thorough, took his time to understand our layout, and gave honest recommendations without any of the usual high-pressure hard selling. It was clear from the start that this is a company you can trust. The installation team mirrored that professionalism. Installing 5 units and 2 compressors is no small job, but they executed it with amazing attention to detail. The trunking and wiring are incredibly neat, and they left the place spotless.
